Jobs self-service tiers

Jobs uses a flat monthly tier based on active internal users. Admins, managers, drivers and technicians count when active. Customer portal users and inactive users are excluded.

Pricing questions

Can Fleet and Job Management be used separately?

Yes. Fleet and Job Management are separate SharpFleet products that can be used independently or together inside the same organisation.

Is there a free trial?

Fleet and Job Management can each have a 30-day trial. No credit card or phone number is required to start a trial. GPS has no trial and is billed when enabled.

How is Fleet billed?

Fleet is billed by active vehicle count. Vehicles 1 to 10 are AUD3.50 each per month, and vehicles 11 and above are AUD2.50 each per month.

How is GPS billed?

Optional GPS is billed at AUD2.00 per GPS-enabled active vehicle per month and is charged when GPS is enabled.
